We wanted promote our dedication to education and the future of our industry. IFDA’s mission through its programs and services is to enhance the professionalism and stature of the industry worldwide. Her love for classical patterns\, in both prints and wovens\, lead her to the door of the Scalamandré mill in Long Island City. She was mentored by Adriana Bitter\, the owner of Scalamandré in creating and producing prints\, wallpapers and wovens. \nLife’s changes brought Ms. Lang to Old World Weavers\, shortly after Stark Carpet bought the company from Iris Apfel and Carl Apfel. \nWhen the Renzo family merged Scalamandré with Old World Weavers\, Lorraine Lang was brought full circle to her current role as VP of Design for the Scalamandré brands. \n  \n  \n  \n  \n
