Vanessa Deleon – Interior Designer
Inspired by her Cuban roots, Vanessa is as influential as her Art Deco styling rooted in her cultural composition. Deleon’s innovative sensibility combined with a keen eye for detail resulted in her signature design style, “GLAMILISTIC,” where she combines streamline with minimalism resulting in a rich, glamorous style. Vanessa’s modern and stylized interiors incorporate classic décor, specializing in high-end residential homes, commercial venues, and hospitality facilities.
Her impressive resume includes her most recent competition on NBC’s American Dream Builders. A featured designer on the hit show Restaurant Impossible, among many others. Vanessa had a segment on PIX 11 “Vanessa to the Rescue” and was a featured host and designer for You Tube’s Channel Spaces TV “Your Place is a Deal Breaker”. In 2007, the IFDA named Vanessa as the Rising Star of Interior Design.
Her work has been featured in many publications as well as a tour as the Ikea spokesperson for “How to” seminars in multiple cities across the USA and hosting design clinics at the Casa Latina Home Expo.

David Santiago launched his design business Casa Santi Interior Design www.CasaSanti.com in 2011. He caters to clients who seek the unique, creative details that elevate a project blending his traditional sensibility with the unexpected, known as his signature and trademark “Santified”. His Strictly Santi brand was created in 2018 and since then, David launched several products; a lighting collection with American Brass & Crystal Lighting and a wallpaper collection catering to hospitality and residential markets with Bijou wallcoverings. David is known as the “Prince of Wallpaper” highlighting his ability to master the art of wallpaper application on every project. David is acknowledged by the High Point Market Authority as an influencer. Currently, David continues to give back through the media platforms as a design and lifestyle correspondent for “The Donna Drake Show” and guest designer on the hit television series “George To The Rescue”.
