Overlees Contract Resources, LLC
Teri came into the sales side of the industry after working in the hospitality industry at the guest services, sales and catering level. She been with the company for 30 years, starting when her parents owned the agency. Her focus since taking on the leadership of the agency has been predominantly on hospitality. They have multiple product lines that represent in the North and South Carolina States that lend themselves to both residential and contract projects, like Bernhardt Hospitality, Frontgate Contract and Falcon Products.
When not working, Teri can be found doing DIY projects with my husband (and business partner), spending time with family, playing with our dogs, reading or traveling.

Innovations, Inc. VP Sales & Design
The Innovations Design Studio collaborates with artisans around the world to develop solutions for the vertical surface: wallcoverings and sheers. It is a team of creators, led by Founder and CEO Rudy Mayer, with combined experience in interior design, material sourcing and art.
Based in fashionable Soho, New York, Innovations’ designers find inspiration from the artists and galleries surrounding the Design Studio, as well as from their far-flung travels in search of unique materials. They’ve found woodworkers in Japan, weavers in the Philippines and couture apparel fabrications in Europe and together learned how to translate beautiful craft onto the vertical wall.
